Loquat and kiwi ice cream by Monsabor

ENG | Who doesn’t fancy some good ice cream now that the good weather starts? And better if it’s a creamy mousse and very easy to prepare … So now that loquat and kiwi are in season we will mix them to make an irresistible dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr of loquats
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 2 egg whites
  • 6 teaspoons of sugar

Preparation:

  1. Peel the kiwi and loquats and crush them.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks and add the sugar.
  3. Pour the crushed fruit into the whites and mix well.
  4. It only remains to put it in a container and it’s ready to freeze. Enjoy!

Loquat and kiwi ice cream with mint leaves by Monsabor

ESP | A quien no le apetece un buen helado ahora que empieza el buen tiempo? Y que mejor si es un cremoso mousse y facilísimo de preparar… Así que ahora que es la temporada del níspero y del kiwi los mezclaremos para realizar un postre irresistible!

Ingredientes:

  • 350 gr de nísperos
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 claras de huevo
  •  6 cucharaditas de azúcar

Preparación:

  1. Pelamos los nísperos y el kiwi y los trituramos.
  2. Batimos las claras hasta punto de nieve y le añadimos el azúcar.
  3. Vertemos la fruta triturada a las claras y mezclamos bien.
  4. Solo queda ponerlo en un recipiente y listo para congelar. Que aproveche!
